Exciting Updates for Historic Orange Hall in Downtown St. Marys

On the grounds of this beautiful antebellum home, members of the Orange Hall Foundation, including Chair Debbie Ellzey and Secretary Lynelle Davis, gathered with representatives from the Earl of Camden Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution NSDAR and the St. Marys Downtown Development Authority. Together, they discussed plans for the future reopening of Orange Hall and the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.

While the interior of the home is still undergoing renovations, the grounds are now available for rental—and they’re absolutely stunning. With a newly remodeled catering kitchen and updated restroom facilities, the property is more event-ready than ever. Whether you're planning a wedding, retirement party, or another special celebration, the historic backdrop of Orange Hall offers a timeless and elegant atmosphere.

As someone who cares deeply about preserving our town's history while also creating new memories for the next generation, it’s heartening to see this kind of collaboration and progress. Orange Hall has always been a symbol of Southern charm and local heritage, and it's exciting to think about the events and gatherings that will soon fill the space once more.

Keep an eye out for future updates on the interior renovations—and consider Orange Hall for your next big event!
